• Standard turnaround is 7–14 business days depending on order size and product availability.

• Seasonal orders and large orders may require longer lead time.

✦ Returns & Cancellations

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

• Damaged items may be replaced if reported within 5 business days of delivery with photo documentation.
